Opening Reception

The Fig Tree Foundation is pleased to host the 3rd Annual As We See It Photo Exhibit, which features photos of the people, places and issues being addressed by Calgary-based international development and humanitarian aid organizations all over the world. Images from Africa, Nepal and South America tell the stories of life in these communities, the resilience of the human spirit, and the efforts being made to bring about change.

Join us for the opening night reception as we launch the exhibit! This free public event also features a presentation by Calgary Photographer Steve Speer, as he discusses PhotoGraphic Design as an Agent of Change and highlights beautiful images from his work in the Guangdon Province of China.
